Safety and compliance
Original work. Audible music. Real audiences.
The program is for original videos, meaningful music use, and genuine audiences. Copied footage, hidden music, empty videos, manufactured traffic, channel farms, and improper claims are prohibited.
Education before access
Creators complete the current course, answer every knowledge-check question correctly, and make one clear attestation for each registered video. Risk signals prompt human review; they are not findings by themselves.
Not allowed
- Uncleared TV, film, sports, stream, game, or third-party creator footage
- Scraped compilations, reposts, or minimal edits
- Inaudible or manipulated music used mainly to trigger matching
- Black screens, static images, meaningless loops, fake visualizers, or track-only claim vehicles
- Duplicate mass uploads, channel farms, fake engagement, false ownership, collusion, or referral fraud
- Redistribution, sublicensing, standalone releases, competing claims, or dishonest disputes
How review works
When creator access opens, the approved and published terms may allow Thrumble to request evidence, restrict specific tools, place scoped holds, and post auditable financial corrections. The published process will define support and appeal routes for genuine mistakes, claim errors, and disputes.
